Check your tracking code on https://global.cainiao.com and https://www.17track.net If you are advised to pick up your package or they have failed to deliver it, please contact the concerned shipping company (can be seen in the 17track website). They have more information than we do. Please note during COVID-19 shipping may have a slight delay. This is in control of your national/local post office.
99% of the time our shipping is free of taxes, fees and duties. Customers are responsible for any import duties, fees or taxes. While this is something that happens on very rare occasions, we have no control over this and cannot estimate additional fees. This happens by your local customs and we have no control on these charges.
